No... not 'our'. The greed at the selected few will be though. I agree that people are greedy, I agree that this is a big flaw of ours and that it is the reason of our undoing (or that it will be) BUT if I have to be honest the way our current system works is rewarding the most ruthless, greedy people to have the max amount of influence and power and destroying anyone that isn't greedy this results in the worst of the worst representing humanity and its interests which speeds up our self destructive impulses. Once upon a time (30+ years ago) people were taught to have morals to obey the law etc... today people are taught to be as amoral as possible and how to look at short term profits and self interest.
