No. It is not, for these programs are not capable of inspiration. They feel no emotions on seeing something, they have no objective opinion on something that has been feed to them, they dont deviate from seen patterns, dont know how to intentionally reframe something, dont chose to learn the underlining rules and dont chose to break those rules. It is nothing like human inspiration.
And even if it was, the fact that they have been designed by corporations to replace artists by use of legal loopholes makes them immoral.
