That, plus trying to use technology to solve cultural problems is a terrible idea and will come back to bite us in the future. This use of AI combats the effects, whilst failing to address the root of the issue, workers' abuse. I imagine a more effective use of this technology would be to automatically cut the call if abuse is detected, maybe along with playing a prerecorded message telling the person to reflect on their behavior and collect themselves before calling again. Though, in its current state, I don't think it's necessary at all. If, as you said, callcenters allow the employee to end the call, there's nothing such a program can offer, except falsely terminating actual callers because of flaws in the technology.
