Part of the reason these corporate overlords love AI is because it allows them to shirk accountability. “The AI did it! Whaddya gonna do??” We all need to immediately call bullshit when we hear that. AI isn’t doing anything by itself. It’s human beings making decisions and when that harms people it’s the result of their negligent or malicious greed.
