@maoopan Nightshade is a non-profit. They have "backers".They make money by grants, or donations, etc. You and me can use the program for free because we are not customers, we are Nightshade's capital. Nightshade is using anti AI people's outrage so they can sell a service to their "backers". These backers have deep pockets like, Disney, media companies, politicians, be my guess. Whoever these "backers" are, have agendas to push. Who knows, maybe some of them might be using Nightshade to launder their dirty money. People are mistaken if they think non-profit such a Nightshade is not a business. It is a very much a gigantic business.
