The "creativity" you're talking about is simply invalid because it isn't a result of conscious thought.
It's a result of a mindless algorithm.
An algorithm can certainly look at a thousand images and come up with something completely novel.
But that still won't be a result of "creativity". It's, again, a simple product of an algorithm.
