this argument is dumb cuz we've normalized digital art for a really long while now, and artists are always on the lookout for better tools whether that be programs, tablets, etc. if artists were really scared of technology then the performance of ai image generators wouldn't even get close to where it is today. even without the actual statistics, it isn't hard to imagine that a large portion of ai training data is composed of digital art made by countless artists who will never get properly credited for having their work amalgamated by a machine.
