I understand what you're saying, but I think you're anthropomorphizing LLMs too much. At the end of the day, these are programs running off statistical heat maps. These are machines with no assumptions of a premise or anything. They're fancy calculators crunching numbers that are hard coded in. They're not even capable of role play because role play requires a level of intentionally machines don't have.
