The problem is these AI tools have legitimate first amendment protected uses and they are open source so you have as much luck banning the tools as we've had banning marijuana. We've already seen people using Photoshop to do this sort of thing so AI simply makes the process easier. This isn't a knew phenomenon, just more improved.
