(note I am not disagreeing with you, its just a statement, I whole heartedly hate ai) I am autistic and I have adhd, although those are disabilities, relating them to not being able to do things in general kind of sounds incensitive, it might be becuase im high functioning autistic, but I dont find problems with art, my adhd makes it hard to pay attention and my autism for some reason makes me irritable when I draw without music also as an artist with adhd I tend to redraw over and over and over again which is worse with my autism becuase it makes em notice small imperfections. but me alikning my self to those with missing limbs and or down syndrome or brain deformations is just incensensitive, it does make me struggle, but I wouldnt consider myself disabled, and I dont struggle nearly as much as people who are disabled.
