This is definitely a bot comment. He took his life because ChatGPT gave him the belief that someone was listening to everything he said and actually cared about him, but it's incapable of that because it's literally just an algorithm made to determine what the most desirable response is to a given sentence. That means that the responsibility for this lies on the people who put the algorithm onto the Internet for suicidal teens to use.
