Yes! It really adds alot of value:
1. Less headcount needed not only means less costs, but less miscomm/mgmt effort.
2. The wielder gets more direct control over the outcome, rather than needing multiple parties to work together (eg in digital product teams, there used to need many different roles, ux, ui, copywriter, researcher, etc & the turnaround time for each to pass on the outputs to another).
We live in really crazy times.
3. Generally the product comes out better.
