Yes, when Peter Theil is involved, I believe you completely. Case-in-point: Palantir's AI has been used for years to cut down Palestinians in Gaza, but it wasn't ready. Yet, it can recommend hundreds of "targets," that devastate civilians. No ethical AI should be able to do that.
