@Mr._Ant_Tenna-p2j For now nightshade is keeping up, but Nvidia is currently about to be in trouble and NightShade might end up stop being developed. It's a good program for now and software is the current battlefield. Eventually it'll have to be pushed, most likely, in the legal battlefield.
But for now Nvidia is heavily invested in AI data centers, and they're currently acquiring Terabytes of data from Anna's Archive. In other words, they're about to paying a book pirating site for thousands and thousands of digital books to train AI to write books based off stolen literature.
