Smart companies will see the value in human interaction. At least, I hope so. They can still make Cracker Barrel mistakes on direction, but I'm not sure many CEOs will replace their company's reputation on a bank of computers making all the decisions. And we the consumer still have power. These specific AI tools are great, but I wouldn't trust AI to successfully run my business based on past reputation. It's a big risk to hand it over to non-emotional, non-caring machines. If you don't want an AI business, do not do business with them. Force them off of AI like we forced off the Cracker Barrel changes.
