According trans humanists we are creating the next step in human evolution. Utilizing CRISPR tech for the creation of a super humanity. Faster, smarter, longer living and genetically coded to be submissive to a (or the) system. In a weird way we are the only gods in the existing universe (as far as we now) who have created a being in our own image. No wonder they are on a ego trip.
The only way to solve the AI and (coming soon) robotics issue is depopulation (war, famine, abortion, assisted suicide) or universal basic income (UBI).
Most likely just get rid of the useless eaters and UBI for whoever is left. We don't need 8 billion or even 2 billion people. We need a elite class of citizen (probably CRISPR tech babies) that can benefit from the incredible technological progress being made right now. This stuff was never meant for low IQ working class people.
