not, really that simple tbh..they are talking to company that have AI as their product but they forgot that people are getting smarter..who can guarantee that some criminal out there would not hack into their system and basically develop their own AI for their own benefits? ChatGPT is not the only AI out there that legally available, who knows how many AI that secretly developed underground? remember even Internet have dark webs as its underground counterpart.
