@Apr0x1m0 What do you mean it has been proven? No, it hasn't. That is the CLAIM by OpenAI while conveniently stating that they can't reveal who the person is or any other contractural details. Those limits will not of course protect them in discovery in a lawsuit if it comes to that.
It makes absolutely no sense, that if OpenAI's claims were true, and they have the receipts to prove it, that they would pull that voice from the platform. They would not do that. But, we will find out for sure if this goes to court.
