@mdillard881I was listening to the podcast ALL IN, and they mentioned that companies are already using A.I to screen out the highest performing and lowest performing employees, laying off the low performing ones. They also are using AI to create job descriptions, screen candidates, automation of other HR tasks. And these “HR” systems are all developed by the IT teams.
