you need "to pay" a human if you want that right because legally anything a machine creates is not considered "art" and lacks authorship. The ai doesnt work for you because it has not concept of a "boss" or "worker". Its just sampling patterns and throwing that in a new way, the difference is when humans do it it legally is considered a new product unless its plagiarized without a doubt.
