Where did you hear that?
The major job predictions done in the last 10 years said that by 2025 a lot of basic task jobs would be at risk. Not gone but at risk, meaning demand would be declining rapidly and we are seeing a shift in the job market especially in the digital and in menial tasks. Robotics and AI are causing a surge in automation solutions for a variety of jobs be it cleaning, drawing, Coding, building, driving or just basic customer support.
But it is not an even progression, technology adoption goes in waves and each wave covers more of the market.
