It does belong to every artist who posted their art, AI isn't just a program who creates, Its a program that learns too. and how does it learn? From actual artist, That AI will see a drawing and will copy it and add it to its art system, as an example, Let's say an AI stole your render style/ artstyle, and someone sees that ai art of it which is actually mixed with YOUR render/artstyle, that someone wouldn't know and would trace it and copy it, so that person technically should know they're copying someone's else art.
