But where do you direct the anger? The development of AI is inevitable. It's the manifestation of the "prisoner's dilema". If human beings would collectively trust all of the rest of humanity to not leverage AI to beat the other company/country then we could collectively slow down and lower the risk. But that's not going to happen unless and until all of humanity realizes its in the same boat vis a vis AI. I guess you could direct the anger at human nature, but what's the point of that?
