@beinghuman346-q6e this isn’t the only analysis, this adds to others too. Chatbots currently handle 70% of the call in vollume. And the user can be prompted “ do you wish to talk to our CSO”, the option for a CSO will always remain only thing is what % of the refunds would be handled by them. Plus chatbots reduce the time spent with a cso by 60% as the prerequisite info the cso needs to know has already been collected
