I doubt the recoil control on these things are good enough yet. An 80kg human would hold a gun along center of mass much better than these relatively light robots holding the gun high above its body. I bet they would do at most single shots every few seconds. Plus these dogs cant possibly swap a magazine and have to return home to a human to replenish itself. And then theres a battery. A human with a box of MRE can probably last until tomorrow while the dog wont last an hour carrying that load because it needs to hold some battery life to return home. Ofc if available perhaps its best to expend the robot first to save a human. But this is all money. Its a dilemma where to spend money. How worth it is the robot dog compared to buying drones
