Didn't you listen? In a few years robots will be better than humans at every physical task, including building robots that are better than they themselves (the robots) are. Robot plumbers will never overtighten a joint or fail to make a good weld. They will work out the best way to run pipes, not just what's easiest for them at the time … unless there's an ulterior motive, which you will never know about. Plumbing is as dead a job for humans as all the rest.
