Considering Tesla advises paying attention and not taking your hands off the wheel when in autopilot mode - then yes, it is partially an idiot user error. Both the semi and Tesla driver are at fault. But, it's always easier to blame the machine for humans becoming stupider by the day, isn't it....no accountability, just blame technology.
