P.s. you have to much faith in automation. Robots require programmers, electricians, maintenance men, diagnostic teams. At a billion dollar company i used to work for the only difference between automated lines and maned lines was the slightest production output difference. they both required the same amount of humans to run. in fact human lines ran better. Fear of low output got the manned machine running again. Unmanned lines stayed down due to interacting humans trying to look needed in the process.
