Such bs if AI is taking jobs and boosting productivity, that means there still has to be a human customer on the receiving end of whatever product or service the company is providing. If that human customer has no income because they were also replaced by AI, then the whole scenario collapses. It only makes sense if AIs suddenly develop hobbies and personal desires or need to pay for bills outside of work, which they don’t.
