Literally my father compared AI replacing jobs and artists to the development of the camera and how "that stole jobs from painters didn't it??"
But A) it didn't steal from artists previous work without their consent. B) It didn't require mass computing machines and factories that have to be cooled down on a colossal scale requiring insane amounts of water. and C) Photography is still an art form.
