Of course a ‘technology’ malfunction, we all know and expect these types of outcomes from ‘technology’. I would never get in a driverless anything! We have a whole network of trains here in Sydney Australia. It’s a major accident waiting to happen. Crazy direction for humanity to go! Same with AI.
