We also make assumptions that we aren’t an intelligence repeating chat models, fitting within a framework. Social institutions and education are essentially back end “coding” as well. People who operate outside this are “broken” like schizophrenics. We can’t even define consciousness, so we can’t definitively say AI isn’t if we can’t define the word. We adhere to very similar models.
