I think you're still missing it... My guess is that in the near future we will get AI "at the edge" and everyone will have their own personal AI that only talks to the centralized AIs when it needs answers for you. This is what happened in the PC revolution, everyone was afraid that mainframe computers were "taking over" but then IBM made the PC and everything changed. I see the same thing happening with AI. Everyone will get their own AI on their mobile device and the LLM mainframe system will become a relic of the past. Mainframes are still there, and still working behind the scenes, just not something we worry about. Mobile AI will become more and more capable and will soon become your only AI.
