I agree that current AI will Not be good at the mentioned skills.
Still, calling anything AI "Safe" IS a Bold Statement, because it is very difficult to estimate where AI is in 5 or 10 years.
After all, your brain IS a neural Network with Lots of experience. Why wouldn't any time in some mid distant future artificial neural Networks have the Same Skills?
