ChatGPT, Grok, and these other "AI" language models have an issue with any sort of permanence. With Grok specifically you can link it to a post that it made where it gives claims without resources to back up those claims and ask for the resources that it used to make said claims and it will fight against it with everything it can to say that it doesn't know why it posted that and/or there is no resource to back up the claim. It's pretty insane.
