See the difference between how an AI replicates a style and how a human does is intention
An AI makes ANY image based on information it was fed. If it’s fed with more of one person’s art than others, then no matter what they make, it might end up looking like their art
With a human, usually when they’re replicating a style, they’re doing it ON PURPOSE
It also comes down to permission, and if those works are monetized or not
