The problem I always have with videos like this is when people don't know about ControlNet, inpainting, inpaint sketch, loras, checkpoints... AI isn't just smashing your head against the keyboard and "Oh look, free *corn*". Most people use it like that because sure, it's easy and efficient *if you don't care about what you're making*. But for those of us who do, even AI art takes a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle more effort with the aforementioned tools.
