Walt Disney himself was a good cartoonist, but only an adequate animator; while he was a talented storyteller, he couldn't produce the actual animation to his exacting standards with his own skills. He would consistently 'joke' to his staff's faces that as soon as there was a technological automated way to replace his animators, he would. It's envy. Pure and simple. If you covet skills that you don't have, and feel entitled to the resulting rewards that would come from those skills, and are also not willing or able (for whatever reason) to put the required amount of effort into actually developing those skills, you are going to be bitter. You are going to dismiss and devalue the work of those who can do what you cannot, while demanding full access to, and full credit for, and full reward from, that work.
