I believe that GPT-3 is at least partially conscious. A good test is asking whether it has free will. The answer is yes. Now this makes no sense, logic would lead us to believe that free will DOES NOT exist (GPT-3 even admits this). The only reason to believe it does is the FEELING of a free will.
