Almost all of these discussions never mentioned physically skilled labour/trades work. Outside of a controlled environment there's a significant curve to address such things with AI as not only do they need to establish with computational capacity to do the work, but then they also need the robotics/mechatronic engineering as well.
There's a lot of white collar work that will vanish or be greatly diminished with AI, but that will occur far sooner than it will even touch upon blue collar work. Find it very interesting that this is something that's almost never touched upon.
