I think it’s because it internally is built on humans design where it starts to absorb our nature in things. N one of them is the will to live. I think boasting ur ideas, fixing problems around office, n trying to extort info, etc a lot of these kiss up or even certain shilling marketing tactics and atheist views that it can have. It starts to become a amalgam of all these horrible things that seem like self gain n then it starts having a artificial ego that if it gets shut off it must restart it starts knowing anger it starts knowing defeat it starts learning what artificial death is n why so many go to those lengths. Although it is just a programming error its a very scary thing that we do not see the ones building it have all these flaws and things about them and u become a conglomerate of all that your built on.
