i really think thats all propaganda and AI is not even smart enough to continue proper tasks still. the hype over Ai safety is same hype to induce AI into military field to gain government contracts. the redundancy happening right now which is mainly in the US only is because of economy driven situation. AI is a hanger to place all the blame and gain money through its evaluation. AI doesnt not have an imagination neither creativity if they are really worried that LLms or AI in general would spit out the word kill or something then they could obviously sensor the data they are feeding to AI. they are just not bothered to do that or they just wanna have to dual use situation
