Andrew is on point with his comments. Food for thought… While technology displaces jobs and leads to the reduction of headcount - the beneficiary workers of the new tech (AI and automation) eventually find themselves being overworked by their respective organizations. I saw an example of this effect just yesterday at the grocery store. One associate tending to eight self checkout registers. He was running around like crazy as customers were randomly having issues ringing up their purchases. It’s a vicious cycle 😂
