It's easy to say that human art has soul though when you post examples of some of the greatest artwork in history, like Pixar. It's harder to argue that substandard human art has soul. I think the "soul" that people talk about is just good quality. Hence why AI art doesn't have soul... because it's crap, not because it was made by a machine.
