All LLMs works based on the Universal theory of Aproximation.
Meaning he approximates outputs...which means that every output contains an error.
LLM don't know if their output is right or wrong. For it, it.s the best "aproximation" he can give.
Until the LLM construction logic changes, it will just remain a tool to speed up the work of humans...and not replacing them.
It's the same thing that this dude does..he makes assumptions /approximation which for sure leads to faulty and unreliabile information.
The fact that he came without notes and without a speech and he talks free makes him very susceptible of delivering wrong and subjective information
