Asking AI companies if the regulatory bill is ok is like asking a convicted murderer if it would be ok to put him in jail, or maybe we should look for alternatives. I guess if he promises to self regulate, and that he promises to never murder again, unless someone really, really angers him. He then may murder them, but will promise he will do so carefully.
