hit piece: don't be hypocritical when the driver would have crashed regardless of what he was driving.
Also; if you ask republicans, a mentally unstable person shoots a bunch of people intentionally or by accident; do you see them pass gun restriction laws or blaming the gun? what's their motto? blame the user, not the weapon. Even if the gun had "Autopilot" capabilities, it doesn't excuse the person for being mentally unstable no different than a drunk person not setting foot in any car of any kind in the world in the driver seat regardless of any AI assisted features.
