the only way i‘ve seen generative ai used in a positive way is at my work. my coworker uses it to draft letters to health insurance companies to convince them to pay extra for specific hearing aids. it gets results and gives us more time to spend with clients rather than trying to find a new way to say ‚please just give us the money, you have so much of it‘.
