I guess after watching this I finally realize that survival in our case as a race means fixing our values - something we haven't been able to do for millennia. Or perhaps, it is much simpler than that. Our human values have always been intact, but some malevolent force has always managed to undermine us, in which case, we simply need to find it and neutralize and get with our lives and living in harmony with AI.
