4:25 - He fails to acknowledge that AI companies can very easily tell an AI system to give conflicting information about their TOS. Just because you ask an AI to summarise its TOS, doesn't mean it will be truthful, especially if it's financially beneficial for the AI to lie to the consumer who will almost never read the reams of legal information in the TOS.
